Описание

Nduta Njenga (Ms.) is an Oxford Policy Fellow (Energy Advisor) at the Ministry of Water, Irrigation & Energy, State Department of Energy (Ethiopia), Consultant at W & Co. (Kenya) and Director at the African Energy and Minerals Management Initiative (AEMI, Uganda). She is qualified to practice in Kenya (2012 call) with 9+ years of Post-Qualification Experience working in the Public Sector (Government) in the areas of Energy & Extractives Policy, Legal and Regulatory formulation, implementation and management, and Climate Change through the lens of Sub-Saharan Africa development.

Nduta has a Post-graduate LLM in Energy Law and Policy from CEPMLP, University of Dundee (UK) and is a member of a number of professional associations including the Law Society of Kenya (LSK); the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators (AIPN); the Energy Institute (EI); the Association of Women in Energy and Extractives, Kenya (AWEIK) and the Legal and Business Women for Africa (LABFA). Nduta has received extensive training in Extractives Management from various institutions in Australia, Norway, the Middle East, the United Kingdom and the United States.

Nduta is a featured author in the CEPMLP Research Insight Extract (June, 2020), the Oil, Gas and Energy Law (OGEL) Journal (January 2020), the Palgrave Handbook of Managing Fossil Fuels and Energy Transitions (November 2019) and in the Meteor Springer Encyclopaedia of Mineral and Energy Policy (March 2019).
